We love you
We have always loved and respected you
And we knew we were loved, in return.
It's all about love really, isn't it?
And doing the best that you can
Being honest and true with each other
And living along with God's plan.
We each have our own special memories
That are carefully stored in our hearts
The laughter, the tears and the joy that we shared
Are still ours, even though we're apart.
So, you've started your greatest adventure
You've gone down the road out of sight
But we know you are just round the corner,
Waiting for us in the Light.
So we ask for God's blessings upon you
And we pray that your spirit will fly
And we pray that our love will surround you
And we'll see you again, by and by.
